We had no hot water/ heating with an error message on the boiler. There were no engineers available to visit that day but the owner Mike talked me through resetting the boiler which got it going again. He told me how to work out the age of boiler and talked through the possible options should it happen again. Due to the age of the boiler it's likely to mean a new one at some point and with the super helpful attitude, thorough information and lack of hard sell we will definitely consider them for the job when the time comes and will save the number for any future plumbing needs.

Our shower room upgrade involved replacing the shower enclosure with a neater frameless model, a low-profile tray, and fitting wall panels instead of tiles to facilitate cleaning. The old wall mounted extractor fan was replaced with an in-line model in the loft.
The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget, taking 3 days as planned. Michael was on site all the time working with an apprentice. We chose the panels and fittings we wanted at their suggested supplier (Beggs & Partners) located near us. Our final choices were different to the items in the quote but Plumbox did not charge more for materials.
They caught our eye initially because of their Which? Trusted Trader accreditation and other positive reviews. They arrived on-time for the initial visit, gave a competitive quote, and responded quickly by email to a couple of questions. Communications were always easy by phone and email, and were responded to promptly. We were impressed by the care they took of our home (protective filmon stair carpet, frequent vacuuming of mess, no blaring builder's radio. They were polite and friendly throughout and obviously enjoy doing a quality job. They answered all our questions and were keen to explain what they were doing and why. This job involved some removal of some of the wall tiles without disturbing the rest. Michael didn't damage anything and was able to fit the panels neatly into the existing tilework.
We are very happy with the result and will use them again!

Although we are happy to fit any boiler of your choice, we obviously have our favourites for good reasons. Majority of our Gas boiler installations are Worcester Bosch, Ideal, and Vaillant boilers.
We are proud to be a Worcester accredited installer, Ideal MAX acreddited and Vaillant Advance. This means we can offer the longest warranties avaiallable for each boiler we install.
For Oil boiler, out go-to are Worcester Bosch, Grant, and Warmflow.
We Always keep dust, noise and mess to a minimum through out our installations. We protect your property with dust sheets and carpet protection wrap, and will always hoover up and wipe down surfaces through out the day.
How do I register my new boiler for Warranty and Building control?
We deal with all registrations for you, you do not need to do anything. Once the invoice has been settled in full, We provide the Gas Safe/OFTEC certification, Benchmark check list, Warranty paper work, and CP12 certification (if applicable for rented properties)
How Does payment work?
All surveys are free of charge, Once you would like to proceed we ask for a 50% deposit payment to secure your date, and arrange delivery of materials. This can be paid by Bank transfer, or Credit/Debit card transaction. The remaining balance is due on Completion.
