Michael was extremely courteous and listened to our preferences during our initial consultation and made sure the installation of our new boiler and radiators ran smoothly. The pipe work that Curtis installed for the boiler was very neatly done. Curtis and Kai were exceptionally, respectful, professional and polite always - never have we dealt with such a courteous plumbing company, which includes great communication from Ciaran in the office. Fantastically, they tidy and clear up every day, taking away the waste, no need for a skip, which was much appreciated. Extremely punctual and reliable.Would highly recommend!

Plumbox have been great again. When my ancient boiler developed an issue and I was left sitting in a very cold house, they sent somebody out to look at it super quickly. A few days later they came back and installed the new part and now it's sorted. Quick, cheerful efficient service, highly recommend this company.

Plumbox are the bestOur CO2 detector went of a number of times during the night so of course we were worried. I called Plumbox in the morning and the gas engineer arrived before lunch. They check everything including the boiler and took readings which didn't show anything so they checked the detector and found that it had expired.Thank you Plumbox Team for you speed and efficiency!

We wanted our en-suite bathroom reworked, and Plumbox were recommended by a friend. From the very outset they made sensible advice on how we might best achieve what we wanted in the most economical way, helping us with the design, and putting us in touch with the supplier. The job was started on the agreed date. They were very tidy and cleaned up every evening. They said the job would take a week, but took 8 days. The delay was waiting for a final part to arrive. We had a few teething problems (not their fault) but they returned promptly and solved the problem. The contract price was below what we expected, and the job was brilliantly executed on time.
