Fast, efficient and friendly service. Michael was very quick and gave us a quote for two different boilers over a weekend earlier this month and the boiler was fitted a couple of days later. Rob and Kai made no mess and took the old boiler and rubbish away. Would highly recommend. We were very grateful because the weather was freezing and we had no heating.

We had no hot water/ heating with an error message on the boiler. There were no engineers available to visit that day but the owner Mike talked me through resetting the boiler which got it going again. He told me how to work out the age of boiler and talked through the possible options should it happen again. Due to the age of the boiler it's likely to mean a new one at some point and with the super helpful attitude, thorough information and lack of hard sell we will definitely consider them for the job when the time comes and will save the number for any future plumbing needs.
